  • Free-to-Play: PlayerClub365 is always free to play. No purchase is required to participate in any game.

  • Free Coin Methods: Players may earn free virtual currency through welcome bonuses, daily giveaways, and completing community tasks as described on our "Responsible Social Gaming" page.

  • Optional Purchases: Users may choose to purchase additional virtual currency to enhance their experience, but such purchases are strictly optional and do not improve the odds of winning in-game rounds.

5. ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information.

  • Use automated systems (bots) or cheats to gain an unfair advantage.

7. NO REFUND POLICY All purchases of virtual currency are final and non-refundable. Since virtual currency is consumed immediately upon delivery to your account, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY PlayerClub365 provides the Service on an "as-is" basis. We are not liable for any loss of virtual currency due to technical errors, internet connectivity issues, or account security breaches. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlayerClub365 shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

9. MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE PlayerClub365 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service, including the availability of specific games or features, at any time without prior notice.
